Refund Policy

We want your tea table to feel right. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom or final-sale items are not returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
